I am a native from St. Simon's Island, Georgia, graduated from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia in 2001 with a BFA degree in Interior Design. My main passion is designing residential interiors on all scales while maximizing clients' budgets with their personal taste in mind. I believe that the most important aspect of a space is the quality of life within, not just the aesthetics of a room. I draw most of my inspiration from growing up in a beach setting surrounded by southern hospitality. I am influenced by the beauty of the nautical low country and the luxurious historical environment around me. I typically like to incorporate soothing colors that are more neutral and peaceful throughout the spaces. Natural elements and textures are always present in any interior. I like to design with items that tell a story, have a since of history, or that may be re-purposed for a new use. Classic details are always incorporated throughout these timeless designs. After 20 years of living in the area, I have drawn new inspirations from the North Georgia Mountains, Lake Lanier, and the peaceful countryside.
